I am Kate Rose, a costumer from Louisville, Kentucky. I recently graduated the Savannah College of Art and Design with a B.F.A. in Production Design, concentrating in costume design. At SCAD I developed skills in the classroom, in the costume shop, at theatres, and on film sets. By working in all levels of the costume department I learned all the areas of costume development from script to set. Being the costume designer and wardrobe manager of theatrical productions and student films has taught me management, organizational, and teamwork skills. My dedication, collaborative spirit, and construction knowledge make me an asset to any crew. I love seeing a character come to life through costume and I hope to continue bringing the magic of entertainment to more people.
